Welcome to the ARDC NII Services Self-service Portal! Find services-related articles, submit a request, report an incident or suggest changes to any of our services.
Use this form if you are a new organisation wishing to publish datasets in Research Data Australia or if you are a an existing provider wanting to add a new data source or update your data source administrators (DSAs) list. NOTE: For new contributors, a signed RDA service schedule(agreement) is required for production registration.
Use this incident type to report issues relating to access to any ARDC products and services (eg. password reset, issues with permissions, locked accounts, etc). Please also check the available account registration forms first (available for each product)to ensure you are using the right form in order to facilitate your request or issue faster.
Use this form if your organisation is interested in minting DOIs or IGSNs and joining the ARDC DataCite consortium or if you are an existing member but would like to register a new repository for your organisation. NOTE: For new members, a signed DOI service schedule is required for production registration.
