  • Research Vocabularies Australia (RVA): Authoritative vocabularies for research.
  • Health Data Australia (HDA): Centralised health research data.
  • ARDC DataCite DOI Service (including IGSN): DOI issuance for research data citation.
  • Handle Service: Persistent identifier management for digital objects.
  • Research Link Australia (RLA): Research collaboration and research capabilities portal.
  • Documentation: User guides for our services.

For general enquiries or feedback, please use the General Enquiry / Feedback form. Your submission will be directed to the appropriate team or individual within ARDC for action.

NOTE: For new members, a signed DOI service schedule is required for production registration.

  • Request support for a login, permission or password issue in ARDC NII Services: Get Help

    Use this incident type to report issues relating to access to any ARDC products and services (eg. password reset, issues with permissions, locked accounts, etc). Please also check the available account registration forms first (available for each product)to ensure you are using the right form in order to facilitate your request or issue faster.
